In 2010 we developed a dynamically generating eBook EMR to present medical records in an eBook format similar to a paper record used in hospitals. Information captured at various points of care is collected and published as a complete eBook medical record, at the time it is called for.
Our latest innovation is an upgrade to our patent pending eBook EMR, where the ebook has been made the primary EMR interface. The Editable eBook EMR (EEE) is an eBook where physicians can write prescriptions, request services, record clinical observations, draw and view graphs.
An audit trail displays the details of the user who make or updates an entry and their digital signature is affixed to the EMR.
